All new features now have a confirmation pop-up, asking the user to confirm their action. This is to prevent any real-time accidental amendments to order status and order items.
You can now make updates to the customer address on orders ready to process, orders with stock issues and open orders awaiting fraud check.
This release is now live and all new features are ready for you to use in your ZendPortal account. If you have any questions please reach out to our support team, who will be happy to show you around.
We've added two new inventory transfer widgets to the dashboard; one showing transfers 'en-route', and one showing transfers that have 'arrived at Zendbox, awaiting check-in'.
We've added a column in the inventory details screen displaying the quantity of each SKU for the two new inventory transfer widgets above.
You can now search by SKU or title when adding SKUs to an inventory transfer.
There's now an automatic warning message when adding a SKU to an inventory transfer if the SKU is already on the transfer.
When adding a new SKU to your inventory, there are now more fields to ensure the description is clear. The full title will now be auto generated from a combination of 'brand', 'product title', 'product size' and 'variant' if applicable.
We've improved the time delay on the order confirmation being sent after the order has been created manually.
When creating an order, if an item on the order is out-of-stock, you'll now be notified via a confirmation box that the order will be fulfilled once in stock.
The reasons stated for 'bad addresses' are now much simpler so it is easier to understand what is causing the issue.
This means, you can now edit an inventory transfer, up to the point it's booked into stock. Next to each transfer, you'll find the new edit button.
This is important as these orders cannot be fulfilled. This happens when there is SKU on the order but not on the Zendbox platform.
This tells you the total number of orders that are being held. When you drill down, you'll discover the reason for the hold up.
This means you can now access new information such as total quantity received, any inventory that this damaged or out-of-date and the total number of items that are usable.
