You can now edit an order after it has been raised, directly within your ZendPortal account. At the click of a button you can remove items, add new items and change the quantity of an item.
This function takes place in real-time and can be accessed from the Ready to Process, Orders with Stock issues, Orders with Unlinked SKUs and Parked Orders views.
Please note: making edits to order items in ZendPortal may affect the order link to your channels and the order may not show as fulfilled on your system. You can check if an order has been fulfilled via the Processed Orders view in ZendPortal and manually update the order on your channel.
