Alex Borg

With over 10 years’ experience of distribution and commerce, Alex is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at Zendbox, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, picking, packing, and shipping. He collaborates closely with other teams across the business to meet customer expectations and achieve stringent service level agreements (SLAs).

Alex draws on his extensive knowledge of supply chain management gained from working with one of the biggest and most renowned sports nutrition distributors. It was here that Alex expanded on his diverse skillset, integrating with multiple departments before leading the organisation’s marketing and purchasing/import programmes. This gave Alex the complete business overview required to support the development and action of key growth strategies for the company, which has ensured its continued success in an increasingly competitive market.
