I struggled for years and always felt out of control. I remember many sleepless nights of picking and packing in the warehouse to get hundreds of orders out the door.
A lack of technology meant I was just guessing most of the time. I had no real control over my fulfilment operations.
Since starting out, I’ve learned that great fulfilment is about speed, accuracy and accountability. And it's technology that makes all this possible. Not humans.
