With Zendbox, you are shipping to the EU under DDP - Delivered Duty Paid, meaning your European customers pay no extra duty charges. If you have stated otherwise on your website, you could be missing out on sales unnecessarily.

Zendbox is also operating with normal shipping times into Europe, having overcome initial Brexit hurdles, which is a great thing to let customers know about too.

There are several ways you can communicate shipping information to customers:

On a dedicated shipping page on your website
With a dedicated banner at the top of your website
On the view cart/basket page
In a dedicated email to your European customers

Communicating shipping information early in your customers buying journey can help to prevent friction at the point of sale, making the buying process easier for them.

To help you do this, we've put together some useful wording below that you can copy straight to your website.

Template wording to use on your website:

Delivery to the UK and Europe (from UK hub).

We ship from our UK hub for delivery to the UK and Europe. We will despatch your order from our warehouse on the same working day if received before 6pm and the following working day on orders received after 6pm.

All UK orders travel on a next-day tracked service with notifications sent to you automatically, whilst not a guaranteed service, 99% of orders are received the next day, Non mainland destinations can take a day or two longer.

For Europe, delivery times are typically 4-8 working days. All orders are tracked and there are no extra taxes or duties to pay when you receive your order. We send all orders DDP which means Delivery Duty Paid - by us, not you.

Delivery to the Rest of the World from the UK hub.

Deliveries to other countries typically take 4-12 days. During these times of Covid transit times can become extended.
