How will Zendbox billing change?

December 23, 2020

Taxes and duties‍‍

As Zendbox will be shipping parcels to Europe on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms, Zendbox will pay the taxes and duties to clear the goods at the border and then charge this back to you at the end of the month. See more information about taxes and duties here.

Due to the changes around Brexit and the subsequent cost adjustments from carriers, we have updated our shipping rates. This update will take effect from the 1st January 2021 - please review the new rates via the link in your recent email from us, so you are aware of the changes taking place.

We’ve been working closely with our shipping partners throughout this period and are delighted to not only have minimised any increases as far as possible, but we’re now providing reduced rates for services to many markets including the USA, Canada, Australia, Sweden and more. We’re also running more services to bring you more flexibility and better value. We are committed to offering competitive rates and the highest level of customer service for you and your customers. All prices you see from us are fully inclusive of additional surcharges too.
