As Zendbox will be shipping parcels to Europe on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms, Zendbox will pay the taxes and duties to clear the goods at the border and then charge this back to you at the end of the month. See more information about taxes and duties here.
Due to the changes around Brexit and the subsequent cost adjustments from carriers, we have updated our shipping rates. This update will take effect from the 1st January 2021 - please review the new rates via the link in your recent email from us, so you are aware of the changes taking place.
